When she is not working on LPI Solutions projects, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children, taking walks with their dog, and pursuing her hobbies of quilting and baking.

Nelwyn founded LPI Solutions in 2005. Since then, she has had the privilege of supporting regional, national, and international clients with their learning and development, organizational development, change management, and knowledge transfer needs.

Prior to starting Learning & Performance Improvement Solutions, Nelwyn served in senior learning and development roles in hospitality, healthcare, and biotechnology.

Nelwyn is a member of the Association of Talent Development (ATD) – Hawaii Chapter. She served on the board for six years including serving as the Chapter President and Chapter Board Advisor. Nelwyn also enjoys serving on the board of Sounds of Success, a preschool that provides services to children who have speech and language delays.

Nelwyn holds a Bachelors degree in Human Resources and Business Administration, a Masters degree in Business Administration, and a Secondary Education Teaching Certification from the University of Hawaii.
