Our learning solutions extend beyond the walls of a classroom or online course and help to ensure the transfer of learning occurs.

We work closely with subject matter experts to gather information and identify critical content. We then apply effective instructional design techniques, and partner with our graphic designers, videographers and technical developers, to create learning material uniquely tailored to meet the needs of your organization and employees. We can also design measurement strategies so you can determine the effectiveness of the training.

The material we develop is yours to keep and modify. We can facilitate sessions or provide coaching and train-the-trainer sessions to help you easily deliver and update material.
NELWYN YEE
Nelwyn Yee has over 20 years of instructional design experience. As the owner of Learning and Performance Improvement Solutions, she has created online, instructor led and blended learning for local, national and global organizations. In addition to creating courses, Nelwyn has extensive experience conducting needs assessments, creating learning strategies and evaluating training effectiveness.
Prior to starting Learning & Performance Improvement Solutions, Nelwyn served as a Training Manager for a hospitality organization, a Senior Learning Consultant for a healthcare organization, and a Senior Instructional Designer for a biotech company.
Nelwyn a member of the American Society of Training and Development – Hawaii Chapter. She served on the board for six years including serving as the Chapter President and Chapter Board Advisor.
Nelwyn holds a Bachelors degree in Human Resources and Business Administration, a Masters degree in Business Administration, and a Secondary Education Teaching Certification from the University of Hawaii.
Nelwyn also enjoys serving on the board of Sounds of Success, a preschool that provides services to children who have speech and language delays.
