ABOUT LPI SOLUTIONS
We love learning!
Our greatest joy is crafting learning solutions that connect people who have a need for knowledge and skills with experts that can provide the knowledge and skills they need. Our learning solutions extend beyond the walls of a classroom or online course and help to ensure the transfer of learning occurs.
WHAT WE DO
We work closely with subject matter experts to gather information and identify critical content. We then apply effective instructional design techniques, and partner with our graphic designers, videographers and technical developers, to create learning material uniquely tailored to meet the needs of your organization and employees. We can also design measurement strategies so you can determine the effectiveness of the training.
HERE TO HELP EVERY STEP OF THE PROCESS
The material we develop is yours to keep and modify. We can facilitate sessions or provide coaching and train-the-trainer sessions to help you easily deliver and update material.
