Sunset Coaching Package
Our Sunset Coaching Package consists of a comprehensive knowledge transfer process over 2 weeks to 6 months. It includes a 360 degree needs assessment, a tailored knowledge transfer plan, and facilitated sessions by our knowledge transfer coaches. The package concludes with written and/or video reference material and a debrief to identify actionable insights and next steps.
Sunset Expert Day
The Sunset Expert Day is an intensive, one-day program that includes a custom agenda and preparation of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Our knowledge transfer coaches serve as facilitators and create collaborative environment for effective knowledge sharing. We manage all documentation and recordings, and end with a debrief to highlight insights and outline future steps for leveraging the knowledge gained.
