Our Team Transition knowledge transfer package begins with a 360-degree needs assessment to gather feedback and identify focus areas. We then develop a tailored knowledge transfer plan.
Our knowledge transfer coaches prepare Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to extract tactic and explicit knowledge and encourage dialog and questions.
After the sessions, we provide documentation and/or multimedia materials for ongoing reference. The package concludes with a debrief session to extract actionable insights and identify areas for further exploration.
